Senior Account Executive, Vesper (ReserveBar & AccelPay)

In partnership with ReserveBar, the premier online marketplace for premium spirits, wine, and beer, we help brands sell online. Our platform powers branded, fully compliant white-label ecommerce stores nationwide, and our marketplace gives brands high-impact advertising and marketing placements across ReserveBar and its retail network. (AccelPay and ReserveBar operate under Vesper Commerce, LLC.)

The Role

We're hiring an NYC-based Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, across our two core lines of business: white-label ecommerce and marketplace advertising and marketing solutions. You'll work directly with alcohol brands of every size, from emerging craft distilleries to enterprise portfolios, helping them grow online sales and brand presence.

What You'll Sell — 1) White-Label Ecommerce

  • Branded, compliant online stores (powered by our LiquidCommerce platform and native Shopify integration) that let brands sell direct to consumers.
  • End-to-end managed fulfillment, multi-state compliant delivery and shipping where available, and marketing tooling built for the brand.
  • Pricing model: recurring monthly SaaS subscription.

What You'll Sell — 2) Marketplace Advertising & Marketing Solutions

  • High-visibility placements on ReserveBar / Minibar, including homepage heroes, finishing stations, featured catalog, and seasonal or limited-time campaigns.
  • Performance marketing, onboarding and marketing programs, marketing-fund activations, and data and reporting packages.
  • Sold as one-time campaigns, marketing-fund commitments, and ongoing brand partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle sales: source and qualify leads, run discovery calls and demos, build proposals, and close.
  • Prospect across spirits, wine, RTD, and beer brands via outbound (email and LinkedIn), inbound, events, and referrals.
  • Consult on the right mix of white-label ecommerce and marketplace advertising for each brand's goals.
  • Build and present proposals (setup and SaaS for white-label; SOWs and marketing packages for advertising) and negotiate to close.
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately in HubSpot + Claude; keep deal stages, notes, and next steps current.
  • Partner with onboarding, marketing, and account management for smooth handoffs and brand success.
  • Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly targets across recurring SaaS (MRR), implementation, and marketing revenue.

What We're Looking For — Required

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (SaaS, ecommerce, marketing and media, or beverage-alcohol), including ownership of larger or more complex deals.
  • Consistent track record of hitting quota and closing net-new business.
  • Comfort selling both a recurring software product and project or marketing-based solutions.
  • Strong discovery, proposal, and negotiation skills with a consultative, brand-first approach.
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred) and modern sales tooling.
  • Based in NYC, able to work hybrid and meet brands in-market.

What We're Looking For — Nice to Have

  • Experience in beverage-alcohol, distribution, logistics, retail buying, ecommerce, or retail media and marketplace advertising.
  • Existing relationships with CPG, beer, spirits and wine brands, importers, or distributors.
  • Familiarity with three-tier alcohol distribution.

Location & Compensation

Location: New York City (hybrid). Compensation: $100K base salary plus uncapped commission, with $150K on-target earnings (OTE). Benefits: 401(k), dental, vision, health insurance, and more.
